Chef Diane rocks this recipe for braised short ribs and oxtails in a garlicky Korean barbecue marinade that's both sweet and savory, cooked with carrots and potatoes, and served over rice. The recipe was inspired by the queen of all comfort food, Rosie, of I Heart Recipes. Rosie has a few oxtail recipes, but Diane looked to her oxtails in red wine sauce for her culinary inspiration. Chef Diane, of course, adds her own twist with the Korean BBQ marinade and by throwing tender beef short ribs into the mix.
