The recipe was inspired by the queen of all comfort food, Rosie, of I Heart Recipes. Rosie has a few oxtail recipes, but Diane looked to her oxtails in red wine sauce for her culinary inspiration. Chef Diane, of course, adds her own twist with the Korean BBQ marinade and by throwing tender beef short ribs into the mix.
