What does your collaboration speed have to do with you, your ‪‎business‬, ‪‎nonprofit‬, ‎charity‬, or ‪NGO‬?

This is connected to strategic planning and all that, more than you think.
If we accept that "change is the only constant," let's talk more about that, and what it takes to adapt at a ground zero level.
RATE OF CHANGE
In the nineties, the Internet started things off (at least on a consumer level)
In the 2000s, mobile technology began to solidify its place in business, the economy, and in the world of work.
2016 onward, the next paragidm shift will be virtual reality.
Think of all the big business failures out there. Change touches everything.
The point is there are myriad challenges and shifts that will affect you, your business, nonprofit, NGO, and charity. There are also many opportunities to be had, too. That's the paradox.
It all depends on how your teams cut across silos to meet and get things done.
Too many solve strategic challenges in such a slow sequential way. The key is into observing how information and ideas for change travel from one department to the next.
The simplest way to demonstrate what this looks like — at the ground zero level of speaking — is the speed in collaboration sessions.
1. LINEAR handling of strategic challenges
2. PARALLEL handling of strategic challenges
